Suspect an outage?
Email support@esigkit.com with the time you started seeing the issue and any error responses. We will confirm whether it is on our side and post updates back to you. A public status page is on the roadmap.
Frequently asked
Make sure you're using the email address tied to your account. If you signed up with Google, use the Continue-with-Google button rather than typing a password. If you signed up with email + password and forgot the password, use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in page — we send a reset link to your email.
Self-service tools
- Open the dashboard for billing, user management, template editing, and data export.
- Reset your password from the forgot-password page — we send a reset link to your account email.
- Read the policies for privacy, terms, cookies, subprocessors, and security disclosures.
